    Shipping options for return items: When you confirm to return the items to us, please use a simple flat airmail or EMS to return it, and write the shipping address our customer service provides. Please DON'T use DHL, UPS, FEDEX TNT, or any other courier, because we will have a problem in clearing the clearance and CAN'T get your returned item, we will not be responsible for that.

    Warranty: The guarantee of our most products is one year. Before shipping out, all goods have been double-verified by autelobd.com. Our test engineer will check for quality, including checking the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories, and the power adapter plug standard.  After finishing the quality check, our QC staff will carefully do a quality check and paste our own QC label in the form of a month/date/year on every product.

  • Shipping Cost

     
    Shipping cost depends on the package weight, size, and area. In addition, different shipping companies also influence the shipping cost.
     
    We always advance you to choose the most suitable for you which means the best one for your demands not only on delivery time but also on price.

  • Import & Custom Tax

    Customs Clearance
     
    Customs is a government agency by which all shipments that are sent to and from a country or region must be cleared. Customs clearance is the customs officials that inspect the item, check the goods description, goods value, goods quality, and so on when the items pass one country.
     
    Import Duty
     
    What is import duty?
     
    Import duty means when your package passes through your country and then your country customs will charge you. So it is on you to pay the relevant customs duties to clear customs. We don't add any import duty to our product price or to the shipping cost.
     
    How much is the import duty?
     
    It is from low to high for different countries which is based on the country tariff policy of every country's customs. According to the goods value and the express company, the import duty is also different. In addition, for some countries, no import duty because goods are valued under some amount.
     
    As we use different express and flat airmail, the amount of customs is different.
     
    For Singapore Post (you can know more details about this shipment method through shipment options), we usually declare invoice value as 10usd and mark it as a gift so that your package will not be charged for a high import duty by the customs but it depends on your country's tariff policy.
     
    For express, for example, DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, etc. The import duty amount is different as they depend on the different countries' tariff policy respectively.
     
    For DHL, according to the regulations of DHL, the customs declared value should be not less than 80USD, DHL company will not deliver the package, or some documents will be provided to DHL, which will cause us much inconvenience, so we have to declare the value up to 80USD.
     
    For UPS and EMS, they haven't upgraded their customs clearance policy as DHL Company required.
     
    Notice: if you do not need your package urgently, we recommend you to use Singapore Post (delivery time is 7-18 days) as it will charge less import value. And we provide you this regular mail.

  • How long will it take for delivery?

    Delivery time:
     
    5-7 working days → Express: DHL, UPS, TNT and FedEx
    7-10 working days → EMS,Yanwen Express
    10-20 working days → Flat airmail: China Post & Yanwen ePacket
     
    4 Factorys that may influence the shipping time:
     
    First, it is the destination. For some remote areas and some remote countries, the delivery time is about 1-2 days longer and you have to pay some extra shipping cost. But EMS, Singapore Post, and Hongkong post have no remote area.
     
    Second, it is package weight. If the package weight is over 21kg, it will need one day longer of the delivery time than the package under 21kg.
     
    Third, it is stock status. Usually, when we receive your payment we will ship out your item in 2 days, however, if our product is out of stock temporarily we will try our best to send the package ASAP as we know this situation.
     
    Fourth, the harsh weather conditions and festival holidays. Sometimes the bad weather conditions and festival time will influence the shipping time.
